Scope of Service

As Director of Human Resources for Anderson Commercial Group, Karen is currently responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources, a portfolio of commercial office buildings, commercial retail centers, and residential communities with Anderson Commercial Group.

Background and Experience

Karen Massey joined Anderson Commercial Group in the spring of 2017. Prior to joining the team, she was a key component at Northland Apartments Company, LLC as a portfolio manager. Karen brings 15 years of real estate industry experience to the Anderson Team. In 2015, she earned her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM^®) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM^®). She is currently working towards her Certified Property Manager (CPM^®) designation.
