Bride Puntillo is a seasoned Senior Property Manager with two decades of experience specializing in community association management for homeowner associations (HOAs), condominium associations, and commercial property management. She brings a deep understanding of reserve studies, governance compliance, board relations, financial planning, vendor contract negotiations, maintenance planning, lease negotiations, capital improvement projects, and budget planning, helping properties operate efficiently while preserving long-term asset value.

Bride holds Real Estate Sales License, Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation and earned her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) certification. Before joining ACG, Bride worked with MPC Property Management and Bear Realty as a licensed realtor and property manager.
